FAVIDA REALTY CORP. was established in 2001 basically as a service company to address the needs of Eastwood City clientele who invested in Eastwood City condominium units with the objective of either leasing or re-selling their units to gain reasonable returns on their investments.

Presently, FAVIDA REALTY CORP. is the only realty company that has established an office in Eastwood City and currently managing 500 condominium units.  The company was founded and its day-to-day operation is managed by a couple who are formerly Executive officers of well-known corporations and multinational companies. Two of the Directors are also working as bank executives.  FAVIDA employs 10 regular employees with a Manager and 6 regular Marketing Associates and 3 Maintenance crew and several outside contractors and outside brokers.

In April of 2005,   FAVIDA started actively marketing the lease services and resale of condominium units.

By 2006, rental proceeds grew and units were also sold substantially during the year.

In 2007, FAVIDA has grown to be a full service company with property management and condominium improvements.

By 2008, the company is looking forward for additional units to be turned over as additional rental and resale inventory.  Likewise, Eastwood City will become more vibrant and competitive with the opening of the new Eastwood shopping mall and the establishment of a supermarket to meet the needs of condominium dwellers and roughly 30,000 working population in the city.
